Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. However if you change your mind and have an unwanted item we offer a refund or exchange provided goods are returned within 30 days in the original packaging unused and undamaged​. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.

Items for return should be packaged securely with your name, order details and return confirmation to:

We recommend returns are sent by a tracked mail service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items once the items are received by us, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 14 days. Shipping charges (please refer to Shipping page) will not be refunded​ on returned goods.
